Ο 9 West ζωντανά στο Piccadilly minus - Θεσσαλονίκη, την Παρασκευή 11 Φεβρουαρίου 2011 μετά τις 23:30.

Την Παρασκευή 11 Φεβρουαρίου ανοίγει η καταπακτή του Piccadilly minus στον underground χώρο του Piccadilly στα Λαδάδικα - Θεσσαλονίκης, για να παρουσιάσει τον 9 West απο την Dessous records.
O 9 West έχοντας κυκλοφορίες, remixes και συμμετοχές σε εταιρείες όπως Dessous, M.G.F. και η Pokerflat και o Nikos Ploumis (Republic 100.3, Circo Entertainment) αναμένεται να δημιουργήσουν μία πολύ ιδιαίτερη electronic house ατμόσφαιρα. Μαζί του και οι djs T-Bird και Nikos Ploumis

DJ, music producer, event - coordinator are some of the activities held by Tikis. To him music is a mean of expressing his freedom as he leaves his records to speak for him. Founding member of the 9West, Tikis is regarded today as one of the most important and influential faces of the electronic music scene of Greece.

His involvement with music started at a very young age with vinyl collection playing everything from early Progressive House House to techno and ambient sounds. Soon Tikis has progressed and developed a unique musical style influenced by the sound of Detroit combining acid house influences and electro / techno bass lines. In 1996, Tikis was influenced by the electronic music scene, which brought him to travel, see and be delighted with this type of music. At that time, he decided to deal with promoting, and in fact, he organized some of the best parties with international djs, that ever took place in Greece, especially in Thessaloniki..

Started his mixing debut in 1997, a lot of visiting artists were impressed with his dj sets. This proved that his dj skills and techniques were already reaching world class standards. These skills offered him the opportunity to play in big dance events around Europe and Greece of course. Overall his Djing career, Tikis has made appearances all over Greece, but also abroad such as in Berlin Paris,Frankfurt, Budapest, Hanover, Rome, Ohrid ,Mexico city ,Guadalajara plus many more.

In 2006 he has focused more and more towards music production by forming the electronic music group 9West, alongside George Exarhos producing electronic diverse sounds capes. Working with labels such Dessous / M.G.F. / Pokerflat Kostas have taken feedback by famous music producers and djs such Tomcraft,Martin Eyerer,Ekkohaus,Patric Zigon,Nicola gala ,Neogetic , Joris Voorn, Martin Landsky, Gregor Tresher ,KiNK,Steve Bug,Solomun etc. He is also the resident and promoter of the well known gallery event Art Is Hard.
