Dj Monsieur M. bio:
Born 1983 in Istanbul and raised in Athens Monsieur M. showed his musical and artistic abilities
at a very young age.

At the age of 10 he owned his first mini HiFi and was already experimenting in mixing tapes.
Passing through various music styles, always in association with various upcoming trends, his interest settles for a period of time in the domestic Hip Hop scene. In 1996 the Dr.Dre track ''Nothin' but a G thang'' (The Chronic - 1992) becomes the reason for his dedication to the
sounds of Urban Black Music. As a strong follower of Black Music he was representing almost every event that concerned his favorite sounds such as concerts, various festivals and many parties. Always looking for a way to impart his love and taste in music to the world, in 2001 he stands behind the decks of a local bar and states himself as a Hip Hop and R'n'B Dj.
From 2001 to 2006 he was being hosted at Night Clubs and Radiostations such as Planet FM and Atlantis FM but also at events such as "The Athens Tunning Show" (2006) and "Step In The Arena - Mc Battle Show" (2007). Today he is acknowledged as one of the first Dj's who spinned Hip Hop and R'n'B in Clubs by mixing it with Mainstream and Underground Stuff. His name has also been affiliated with the first official party organizing team "MAD G.Q." that put Hip Hop and R'n'B Music in Athens’ Clubs. In 2006 he becomes a member and Co-Creator of his own team “The Benjamins” and starts his own gigs in some of the best Clubs in Athens.
As his pursuit in music grows deeper Monsieur M.'s need for creation and creativity in his life increases. Therefore he established the band ''Silent Forces'' in 2006 and brought out an official Mixtape which had a straight underground sound and found immediately followers in the Hip Hop community. Unfortunately after the release of this Mixtape the band broke up and the members went each his own path. After one more brief stint in the Hip Hop and R'n'B field in 2007, Monsieur M. decided to make a radical change in the routes of his favorite sounds as he was searching for Soul in the music. He focused deeply and exclusively on the genres Soul, Newsoul, Funk and Underground Disco of the late 70's and early 80's. But Monsieur M. also got involved with House music. Because of the excitement and love he felt for this music he finally found the SOUL he was searching for...
Together with one of his close friends & collaborators he formed the ''Soul Sense Team". In collaboration with the Saxophone Player Noise at the ''Supersoul Event" and ''Ballin Event'', they spun Classic Soul, Rare Funk, Underground Disco, Classic House and Disco House tracks. As Monsieur M. realised the effect House Music had on him and on people he devoded himself to the sounds of Soulful, Deep, Jackin, Vocal, Afro, Club and Disco House, without forgetting his roots.
Right now he is a strong representative of House Music, with many gigs in Clubs and Bars in Athens but also everywhere around Greece. He is the former of “The Jackers” team (Monsieur M. – RIZON / dj-producer) and his radioshows “MAKE YOURSELF LIKE… HOUSE” are hosted in radios in Greece and abroad. His music is a mix of Soulful - Deep - Jackin House (with a preference on Deep) with joints of Dsco and straigth uplifting!
As a clubber himself he’s faithful in “clubbing philosophy” (happy feeling and dance!) so he provides the music that he would like to hear and dance to! Selfish but effective !
